Refund policy
As long as the item is still in its original condition (including tags and boxes), we accept returns within 28 days of the item being delivered to you. Please securely package the item to avoid damage during return.
We will refund you the cost of the items you ordered in full by way of the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your returned item.
Please note, we will not refund your original shipping costs but we will cover the cost of your return to us via standard delivery.
If you require a different size or colour then please just place a new order.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Our customers hygiene and safety is very important to us. We do not accept any returns for earrings, underwear / swimwear, or face and body products (if they are used or protective seal is not intact).
